Locally-sourced products. We want to showcase the best that Virginia has to offer, and we also want to highlight the tremendous work and dedication that goes into producing the food that we enjoy everyday.

Environmentally conscious. We want to make decisions that are good for the environment—and, by connection, for our customers and community as well. While locally sourcing our products is an important aspect of how we meet this goal, we do not stop there. We strive to reduce waste in our kitchen, utilizing every part of a product so that the work of the growers and producers is respected. Additionally, we try to limit single-use packaging by choosing more sustainable options for our products.

Building community. We know that food has the incredible power to bring people together. At Local Crumbs RVA, we want to connect people to the fantastic produce available in Virginia, to the hardworking individuals who produce it, and to one another.
